Yes the renovation construction is still in process. However my husband and I stayed there for 2 nights last month in one of their newly redone double concept suite, and it was very nice. Luckily we only stayed one night - we also booked thorugh Buquebus. The noise from the road was the least of our problems! We should have realised when we saw the skip outside the hotel. Lovely old hotel in a great location. Free parking in a guarded lot around the corner. The internet worked well. Our room was on two levels - there was a spiral stairs to the bedroom.
