We were supposed to stay at the Edgewater (which has the same owners), but it was completely booked, so we were sent to Club Raro and it was beautiful and clean at first sight. The rooms are a little small, but were big enough for me and my father with two beds. One king and a twin. There was a... more

Whilst smaller than I thought it would be Club Raro was the perfect getaway. I loved the character of the resort, the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful but not 'in your face' and gave plenty of advice on what to see and do while on the island. Although the lagoon at the resort is very rocky it's great for... more

This is basic accommodation but it is clean and if you do your hoiday properly the rooms are just somewhere to sleep. The pool is very small but with a bar in it - who cares. The sunset vies are magnificent and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Make an effort ot have the umu meal on Wednesday... more

Stayed in a “Poolside Room” thankfully just for a short one night only on 8th May. Club Raro is a very tired, run-down hotel. It reminds us of roadhouses in remote Western Australia - basic and cheap motel. “Continental breakfast” was interesting. We had bread, tinned fruit salad and grated coconut. Never again.. more

There seems to be a lot of mixed reviews about Club Raro. I would say that if you are after a cheap holiday with reasonably priced accommodation this place is fine. It was clean and comfortable, lovely views out over the ocean from some of the units and the bar area, smallish pool but pleasant with a swim-up bar. Its... more

Just came back from 7 night stay at Club Raro. Admitted we arrived in the middle of the night and it didn't look fancy at all (we had garden rooms) however after a long days' travel the beds were super comfortable, it had a terrific shower and the air conditioning was a godsend for good sleeping. The breakfast was very... more
