Stayed at Aquarius for 5 nights and found it to be very comfortable, friendly and very clean. It may not be in the hub of Rarotonga but the buses are ok once you get used to their timetable, or there's always a scooter, (great fun). We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable for a one night stay before going on to Aitutaki next morning. Price included a simple breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was not good so did not eat there again on return to Rarotonga. more

The room was clean and modern - great bed linen - the best egg benedict on the island. When the trees grow and cover the oil tanks and if there were french doors onto the beach it would be better - then it may cost more though! Good for a night or two enroute to Aitutaki. - very close to... more
