Picked up at the airport by the complimentary hotel transport. The check in was easy and it was off to our rooms. The room had a big comfortable bed and a below average bathroom, it could be nice but for the dirty old bath that seems unable to roll the water away from it’s top surfaces creating nasty colored puddles.... more

We stayed at Mercure only for one night, we were in transit and were put into this hotel by South Sea Cruises. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean! The TV only had 3 working channels. I was very worried based on previous reviews as I was only staying 1 night. Prior reviews seemed to indicate those staying only 1 night were given the worst rooms. However, my room was clean and perfectly fine. The bathroom has some serious wear (cracked /chipped tiles, etc) but other wise the room was exceptionally clean. more

The airpot called and arranged for the free pickup. Got to the hotel and everybody was friendly. I had trouble with the key and had to go back up front. Got into the room and it was clean and roomy. We were put into the Mercure Nadi by Air Pacific after our flight was cancelled. The hotel itself is nice enough. Rooms are nice, but motel style - our key and replacement keys never worked. We arrived to the hotel to be greeted by smiling friendly staff. Our bags were taken up to our room (which was nicely decorated) and included welcome pack (see picture).
