Stayed at Shangri la in March 2009 (2 Adults, 3 kids) and had some interesting times to say the least. We had booked an Ocean view family room that turned out to be a normal size motel room with a heap of beds jammed in it. I agree with a number of points made about this resort, Very expensive food and not the best quality even though the blurb says over 50% is imported ,don't even think about ordering room service $36FJ for a pizza is the pitts.across the road quality was better and was half the price.
