We stayed here for a couple of nights in October 2009. The motel is in a quiet corner of Suva just behind the Government Buildings and Albert Park. Reception staff were friendly, and when there were problems they were happy, if not entirely fast, to help. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the lighting was fairly dim. The pool has a nice waterslide and waterfall, though it didn't look pristine. The poolside restaurant also did a very passable breakfast. more

I stayed in the Motor Inn for 3 nights and I really liked it there. The rooms were spacious, there was a cooking facility and we enjoyed the swimming in the fun-pool......they have a nice bar and some guys sang some Fijian songs.
the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood - so a good deep sleep is guaranteed.
I suggest to take a cab after dark from downtown Suva. Thats what my Fijian friends said to me.
The Staff was very nice and next time I need a reasonable clean accomodation, i will take the Motor inn again.
