We were in a 'streetside' room and it was like sleeping in the middle of a NASCAR raceway. Cold, stark, black and white environment. Maybe good for a buisnessman who needs to be in the middle of Papeete but definitely not for me. more

Cool, minimalist decor; large, very comfortable room and bath; large balcony; helpful front desk. But the fitness center and the business center have yet to be completed, and while the pool is beautiful, there is only decking to sit on and the limited shade of the building to escape the sun. The hotel had only been open a few months when we stayed and during the tourist downturn was quiet. The room was wonderful, tastefully appointed with a balcony overlooking the pool.
