Frankly the only reason we stayed here was that it got good reviews on Trip Advisor and was the cheapest hotel on line except for the airport motel. SInce we were arriving at 4AM and leaving to board our cruise ship at 3PM we were simply looking for a crash pad. This hotel was great for that. The service was... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after going on a cruise. It was very nice. The beach and pool were wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was a king. The balcony was really big and looked out over the pool and beach. The bathroom lighting was a bit weak but the shower worked great.... more

This hotel was more than what I expected & I’ll definitely be coming back here. The room was fabulous from the Jacuzzi tub that had a view of the ocean to the wonderful patio to relax & listen to the soothing waves. The restaurant was awesome and food was delicious. more

The Radisson Tahiti is a solid 3 star property and perhaps a 4 on a good day. If you’re looking for a decent, comfortable and relatively inexpensive hotel to spend the night at the beginning or end of your visit to French Polynesia then look no further. You’ve found it! Pros: - Location. If you want to explore Tahiti, this... more

We've always found it awkward to overnight on Tahiti, but thanks to a travel agent recommendation we found the Radisson to be very reasonably priced (book direct and use the web special rate) with nice amenities. It's out of the congestion and noise of Papeete but fairly quick to get into town or to the airport. Staff were helpful and... more

Tahiti has always been my dream place to visit. I planned our trip on line and chose the Radisson as our end stop of our trip to New Zealand, Australia and Tahiti. We arrived late at night, the guide books said The Radisson had a shuttle from the airport. They did not. The taxi ride was expensive. When we got... more

We had a day room here after cruising on the Paul Gauguin. The hotel does not say Tahiti! The architecture of the hotel actually reminds me more of Howard Johnsons. It is located on a black sand public beach that was very busy on the Saturday that we visited. Don't expect to see the pretty blue/green colors and lagoons that... more

Don't be fooled by the 'apartment block' look as you drive up - this is a stunning location and the interiors and gardens are very pretty. We loved our duplex room - it's lovely to have somewhere other than your bedroom to sit and relax. The main balcony was a really good size and had a table and chairs as... more

Tahiti is an interesting trip but the island is not as well kept and scenic as you might expect. Reminds me more of Cancun airport than Hawaii. So do not plan to spend a week. Little to do. Very, Very expensive. $18 hamburgers, $22 breakfast, MacDonalds was $10 minimum per person. I felt the hotel was above average but not... more

Okay, so to preface my review: we stayed at the Radisson, not by choice, but the choice of the cruise line. We and many others were given a post-cruise day room since our flight was late at night. We were so glad that we did not pick this hotel to stay at earlier on our vacation in Papeete. (We were... more
