i have been before guest to Tirana International Hotel, which is in the center of tirana. Last stay Travel agent suggested me to stay in a Renovated Hotel called Hotel Stela, very near Hotel Tirana. I stayed there a couple of times when I was working in Prishtina since it was clean and it had AC. Every time I went there I paid different price.
