Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.
First morning we went for breakfast and was told 'the lady that cooks the breakfast hasn't come to work' so we had no breakfast.

When we used the shower the shower pipe had split, we told them and they replaced it. After one shower it split again.

The two bedside lamps didn't work and the mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in. When I went to plug it in I found that the plug was the wrong type for that part of Europe

We went for a drink in the bar and they had no coke or pepsi as they had run out.

There is a gym downstairs and they had music playing early in the morning until late at night which got a bit annoying.

The hotel is at the top of a steep hill in the park, the road is closed at the bottom so you have to walk up the hill with your luggage. more
