We stayed in this hotel last year in May. The location is very good, rooms are big enough but not very clean. There was always some bad odour in the bathroom because of the insufficience of the establishment. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping standards were deplorable. The hotel does not vaccum the room (I have bits of broken soap lying around for 3 days), does not change the beddings and does not clean the toilet. Breakfast was miserable and there isn't anyone there all the time to serve coffee or tea (nor do they leave them prepared in the breakfast room). The... more

The owners of Hotel Hecco in Sarajevo opened this new hotel in the summer of 2008. The hotel is on the 9th - 12th floors of the only skyscraper near the old Town (the former Jat tower).
