I stayed at this Pansion for one night in its 'special room' with en suite and was thoroughly impressed with the pansion.
I had no reservations when I arrived in late August, and was quoted €30 for one person with an en suite double room, which was clean, comfortable and very handy for all the main elements of the old town. The pansion's location was central - right at the heart of the Turkish bazaar, and a mere 20m to the number 1 tram stop for the bus/train station.
Staff were also helpful for information such as train and tram times. It was clean with a nice strong shower (though it uses a boiler in the en suite room so bear in mind you might run out of hot water though you can always try the communal ones up the stairs). There was a TV in my room, with lots of plugs on the wall, and is right next to an internet cafe which can be a bit noisy.
