I chose this hotel for its proximity to the old city. It's newish, modern, clean and has everything you need. Staff were very helpful and when it was unseasonably cold in early Sept they immediately put all the heating on. It was the end of a 2 weeks holiday and I was happy there for 2 months. the brand new RELAX HOUSE in sarajevo is a good experience. centrally located at just 5 mins uphill from bascarsija, has large rooms, good facilities, good breakfast and friendly service. initially offered -despite email confirmation- a room without A/C, but following day given a large twin with even a large terrace, a real surprise! hotel even offers free daily massage... more
