This hotel is rated as a three star but it came with five star service. The staff spoke excellent English and went out of their way to help. It was the little things like offering us coffee while waiting in the lobby, providing up to date Internet news printouts, to offering to shuttle us to the nearby central bus station.... more

Very new, nicely decorated and with very friendly and attentive personnel. It largely surpasses the expectations you would have for a 3-star hotel in Sofia, but it is comparable, if not better to higher category ones in the city and for a reduced price. more
