I had heard that it is hard to get smoke free rooms in Sofia. But when I stepped out of the lift to go to my room I was pleased to see a notice that said it was a smoke-free corridor and there was no smell of cigarettes in the corridor or my room. The staff were very friendly and... more

I spent only one night in this hotel but found it to be very good. The location is excellent, and although it is an old building it has been refurbished to a very good standard. The staff I came across were charming and helpful, including waking me early and helping me out to the taxi they had arranged for me.... more
