I would say standard for business trips, nothing special. Avarage rooms, still with old TVs. Perhaps best evaluation for this hotel is simply "avarage", if you dont want surprises you should accomodate here. Only comment which I have was the selection of food for breakfast which was really poor for such a hotel. more

Being on business trips every week entitles me to compare and rate a hotel!!!! For sure Hilton Sofia is not a 5* Hotel. Hilton Sofia is on facilities not among the best Hilton hotels I have been to, but the service is outstanding. Even more when their competitors are having a super low quality service. The price is right, the people are always charming and helpful. I have been there many times and I will love to come back. more

Standard US chain hotel standard, which can be quite of a relief after traveling around Bulgaria. Modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast not really what one would get at a Hilton but still good enough. Comfortable rooms, only negative that windows cannot be opened. Location not really central, no walking distance to centre, so transport needs to be arranged. more

The hotel is quite new, staff is very attending and the location is also ok for Sofia. It is not in the strict centre, but 10 minutes drive and you are there. Everything worked perfectly, at least it did after the engineer sorted the electrics which had tripped off.( he took 4 mins to arrive and 30 secs to fix at 9-30 pm) Hotel's Location is not central Sofia being a 15 min walk into main shopping/sightseeing areas.
