Sofia Princess Hotel Sofia, Bulgaria 131 Maria Luisa Blvd. Phone 35-9293-38888 Fax 35-9293-38777 This business class hotel with attached casino is located several blocks from the train and bus stations. It is a 20 minute walk to the town center (farther to the Nevsky Church). The guest rooms are average in size, with ikea-style furniture and windows that open for... more

We stayed here for two nights, as part of a Cosmos tour and found the hotel presents reasonably well physically - large, clean lobby with a good sized non-smoking area, (not two tables in the middle of the smoking section as we had at one hotel!), and the room more than adequate for our stay. Dining room and waiting staff... more

I have stayed at this hotel approximately 6 times and there are always issues at the door. My wife and I will go out in the evening and sometimes stay out late. Each time we return, the bell boy or front desk staff will tell her to sign in as if she is a prostitute. This is extremely disrespectful, embarrassing... more

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed in. Small, ugly communist era rooms, hard beds, small bathroom and no airco. The service is poor and staff disinterested. It is at best a three star hotel. Only the hall is half-decent. Food is horrible. more

Rooms supposed to be renovated but old and small. No temperature control. Not good quality beds. Charging very high for mini bar. I was charged pay-tv whithout using it. Bad quality restaurant and breakfast. Impresive lobby and casino. I was there again some time ago but i think the service has gone down. more

The hotel is property of a Turkish family.. It is a very big hotel, with a very big Hall, a very big casino BUT.. very small rooms.. you have not too much space for moving, and also the bathroom is very very small.. the desk is great in helping you with turistic information, and their English is ok.. The location... more

Every thing is not so bad, but PAY ATTENTION to your PHONE-BILL !! here is a RIP-OFF !! From Sofia to Italy they charge 3,60 euro every minute !! a 20 minutes call costs as a day into this Hotel. Maybe they love to overcharge their services, without understand that we mean as "service". Sorry for my bad english, but... more

This hotel is rated a 4 star, but should be downgraded to a 3 star. The lobby is impressive, but the rooms are shabby and lack basic amenities such as trash cans. There is no closet to hang your clothes, only a lone hook. The bathroom is the only impressive element to the room. The rooms do not have temperature... more
