A good hotel located very close to the center of town and easily accessible from the main bus station. Staff speak good English and the hotel had all of the modern conveniences. They frequently offer discounted rooms which is also something to look out for. more

Location is good. Stayed here for one night. Room smelt of stale smoke. Bathroom flooded when I arrived. Moved into another room which was quite small. Breakfast was not good. It smelt horrible. My friend was sick all day. Would probably stay in a more expensive hotel if i ever went back to sofia. Free wifi was good. more

Stay here a couple of times a year on overnighters whilst in transit. The staff are usually pretty friendly on reception and speak good english. The rooms are very good always immaculately clean, never had a problem, good bathrooms nicely tiled. It would be very hard to find any fault with thus hotel. It's located right in the city center within walking distance of everything. The staff could not do enough to help you with anything. For 60 euro it was fantastic value cos the rooms and the bathroom were huge. top marks all round. more
