Location - convenient, right on the park, 10 minute walk to the Cathedral (one of the few sites in Sofia), 15-20 minute taxi to airport Service - staff extremely friendly and helpful Accommodations - older hotel then others I've stayed in, but clean and very spacious, downstairs has gym included in stay and can pay to use steam room or... “I saw the room and left this minute”

Unfortunately, it's not possible to score zero. I left the hotel the same minute I saw the horrible room. There was everythig at least 20 years old in the room. The furniture was broken, the door couldn't be closed properly, the bathroom was rusty, it smell very strange... I left for Radisson, which is only 2 blocks far from there;... More
