staff was nice and helpful, the room was big and well furnitured, there is even music in the (very clean) bathroom, and the location is perfect to explore the city. more

I agree that the hotel did a great job in renovating the building. The location is also a real plus - you hardly can be more central than this. Now the negatives: the staff is not well trained. Everytime you have a request, they need to ask the manager. My room was nice but tiny winy - hard to move.... more

This hotel has great promise - the owner has done a superb job of renovating the building, the rooms have soft comfortable beds and flat screen TVs. The only real problem, and it was a big one, was the air conditioning hardly worked. Unfortunately, this was during the recent heat wave in Bulgaria. The entire hotel seemed to be lacking... more
