The Hotel Stella was clean and neat, and close to the airport. But unless you have a car, it is not convenient to public transport to get easily into downtown Zagreb. We stayed a night in Zagreb on the way to Dubrovnik rather than rushing with flights and the like. I'm really glad we did, and that we picked this hotel, because we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were great - friendly and helpful - and the room was comfortable and a good size. My favorite part was the buffet... more

We stayed at Hotel Stella on our way back to USA. Very great location, close to the airport, easy to find, comfortable rooms. Service we received was excellent. Super clean, very friendly staff, Shower was modern, clean, and provided lots of hot water. The buffet breakfast was just what we needed. Overall, Excellent experience more

We had had a long day in east Slovenia and arrived at the hotel late, not knowing what to expect. I had just been told that it was near the airport. The Stella was a pleasant suprise, the check in was friendly and the rooms are a reasonable size and clean. They are quiet and the shower in the morning... more
