This place has character, great location and cool vibe. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about the city and always ready to give recommendations and tips on where to go. The prices are more than reasonable.

Hobo Bear Hostel met and exceeded my expectations, with great staff, an amazing renovated cellar as the common room, and literally 5-minute distance to Ban Jelacic Square. The offerings were straightforward, rooms and utilities clean and well-tended, staff more than willing to help you with any and all inquiries. I recommend it in a heartbeat!

Everytime I come to Zagreb I go to Hobo Bear Hostel. The location is central. The Hostel staff is amazing. The owner Marko is fantastic. The Common room is cozy and fun. The dorms room are clean and the beds are sturdy. Free breakfast is a bonus. Check is out. It is will worth it.

The hostel is a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and can help you a lot. The only bad thing is that the common room closes at 12... So all people go upstairs to the kitchen which is next to the dorms.
