I was at the funk lounge hostel in may 2013, staff were very helpful and extremely friendly, made you feel welcome right away. rooms are nice, clean and have plenty of space great value for money and would deffo go back again

I spent 3 nights (the third night I returned to the hostel after completing my balkan tour) in total at funk lounge hostel and I totally enjoyed my stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hostel always organize something to cheer up guests

Rooms perfectly clean and nice, the hotel was spacious and had this optimistic mood. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Kitchen clean and equipped, nice decorations on the walls, etc. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city centre.

Funk Lounge was definately my favorite hostel of our trip! Staff was very helpful and friendly, always smiling and good atmosphere in the hostel. it was a great time in funk lounge. A very beautiful, clean and friendly place to stay! there is a super market and exchange office in front off the hostel and many bars around. the hostel is located in a quiet and convenient area of city near the zagreb zoo. there are lots of car parking places around the hostel.... My friends and I absolutely loved this hostel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Zagreb. The rooms are lovely and clean and the hostel is located quite centrally. Free wifi and the bar downstairs is lovely and cheap.
