The hotel's location is exceptional, but was turned off by the pool area. Many burned out lights in the locker room, the toilets were covered by tape and not working, stained ceiling, the water in the pool didn't seem to clean either. Needs some TLC. more

we spent two nights at the Sheraton in Zagreb. I must say 5-star is a bit of over-estimation. We were freezing - there was about 65 F in the room. there was no heating, and because the AC unit could only cool the room, and the windows were sealed (cos of the noisy street) there was no fresh air either.... more

Location - spot on.Staff-professional and efficient.Room-comfortable,clean and well maintained.I used the pool and jacuzzi every morning to set me up for sight-seeing(and drinking).Eating and drinking in the hotel is a bit pricey compared to the rest of Zagreb but not as bad as one might expect.No negatives from me on this hotel. more

to contradict other reviews I have to say it is an excellent hotel with top class services and atitude, welcoming stuff, rooms, restorants and other facilities are best in Zagreb. for frequent business visitor its the most recomended hotel in Croatia. more
