The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful—from letting me know where I could buy tram tickets, to giving me directions to the city center via tram, to even holding my luggage for a few hours upon check-out. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help as opposed to rushed and forced to help.... more

30C and no air conditioning in the guest rooms, only the lobby, halls, dining areas, etc. were air conditioned. Would have expected more from a Sheraton. No offer to compensate for the unbearable heat in the room. Front desk staff were amazing, other than the manager who made no effort to make us whole other than to offer another non-air... more

Rather poor hotel, not representing well good name of Sheraton. I had quite small room with shower only, not equal to the price. Breakfast extra, parking is also paid. Free internet is adventage. To far to get to the city centre. more

I booked this hotel for two nights using my Starwood Points and got a room on the Starwood Preferred floor. Indeed, we had a panoramic view of the city, the staff were very friendly, and the room was perfectly clean. 2.5 km from city center, neara sports complex and some dingy cafes, Hotel itself is very basic. Air conditioning in our room didn't work and we cooked all night. The vent was only a hole in the ceiling but no one seemed concerned. Poorly represents the Sheraton's good name. more

Normal businessman's hotel, not terribly worn. Large clean room with closets, very nice spacious bath, good towels. Wonderful view from 15th floor toward mts. Hotel was adequate. Rooms are small. If you can get a room on the 9th floor, which are Starwood preffered rooms they are pretty nice, The family suites for 3 persons are very large. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the tram and then a 15 minute tram ride to the city center. I felt very safe... more
