The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful—from letting me know where I could buy tram tickets, to giving me directions to the city center via tram, to even holding my luggage for a few hours upon check-out. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help as opposed to rushed and forced to help.... more

30C and no air conditioning in the guest rooms, only the lobby, halls, dining areas, etc. were air conditioned. Would have expected more from a Sheraton. Rather poor hotel, not representing well good name of Sheraton. I had quite small room with shower only, not equal to the price. Breakfast extra, parking is also paid. Free internet is adventage. To far to get to the city centre. more
