I've stayed in some of the best 5* Hotels (eg Jermeirah Beach Hotel In Dubai) but Tulip Villa is special. Even more special because it's in Chisinau.
The small 'Hotel' has recently opened & the furnishings & ambience are excellent. The rooms are well appointed & bright some with small balcony's.
It is in a very quiet location (which is very hard to find) but only a few minutes drive to the city, or 10mins walk to a bus route.
The Thai theme carries through to the small restaurant which is excellent.
The spa has a sauna, hot-tub & v small pool.
If you want a quiet get-away I would recommend Tulip
