This is my 2nd visit to Bucharest and I prefer the Amzei hands down over the large chain hotels. The hotel has a more intimate atmosphere - more "hotel" than a B&B but much more friendly than the large hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smell fresh and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the toiletries well stocked. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English enough to converse or ask questions/directions. If work should bring me back to Bucharest again in the future, I would definitely make the Amzei my hotel of choice. more
