Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very comfortable, modern hotel. Basic, and very clean and met all of our needs. The electronic bed was so comfortable, beat nights sleep I’ve had in ages! Bedding was changed everyday and room cleaned. Good facilities, smart TV with Netflix so I was able to sign into my account and watch movies from the room. Massage chair in reception which was enjoyable. Breakfast was really nice, good selection all around for both vegan and vegetarians. There is a lift but it doesn’t go to every floor. So worth checking before you book if you have mobility issues. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again if I was to visit Bucharest. We did read some poor reviews for this place which criticised the breakfast and described it as basic. There was plenty of choice and I believe some people have unrealistic expectations - this is NOT a restaurant and I believe you get what you pay for. I believe it was very good value! Lots of fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, toast, jams and condiments, nuts, seeds.. the Latte is gorgeous! Oooh freshly squeezed juice too.. what more could you want! We didn’t experience any noise - we were in room 21 - on the staircase and didn’t hear a whisper at night or early morning!

Amazing Hotel & Staff! From check in, the room, the cleanliness, facilities, staff, and check out could not be faulted. We went for a 4 day trip with and organised trip to Pelle's Palace and Dracular's Castle trip. The lovely desk staff were very welcoming, and gave us all the information we needed for the room / services ect. Got to the room, and was blown away on the high standard. Lighting was modern, the beds were the electric ones, so you can alter to your comfort (and they were very comfortable, the curtains were electric - button to close, button to open. The bathroom was also a wet room. We were given dressing gown and slippers, along with all the other travel shampoos, ect. Room was cleaned every day, with the beds made. On the day of the trip, we had asked if they could bag up some breakfast, and they did, including coffees. We met the owner of the Hotel and he was so lovely, nothing was too much, which the staff have also displayed. I would 110% recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

This is a modern hotel in what appears to be a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Mini toiletries are provided as is a bath robe and slippers (which you will need). However, there are some points to consider when staying here. Despite having several lights, the room I was in was dark, and the lighting system and electric curtains are time-consuming and complicated. The lifts don't stop on every floor, and you will have to carry your cases up them at some point. The shower has no curtains, so the floor gets very wet. Breakfast is healthy but very basic. If you have an early trip, they will make a packed breakfast for you, but please avoid its dry bread and cheese. However, the worst thing about this hotel is the constant noise during the night. There is repeated door banging, made worse by the 'marble' flooring. The noise echoes throughout. When I say all night , I mean ALL night. If you want a restful stay, this is not the hotel for you.

Thank you for your review! Even it is not the best, you also pointed some good things and we appreciate it. I am sorry we couldn`t make your stay better. What I can say about the breakfast, is that we try to provide a big variety for a continental breakfast. From fresh eggs, omelets, bacon, sausages and backed vegetables to those platters with different kinds of cheese, meets, fresh vegetables, different sweet treats, and a lot of cereals and different types of vegan drinks and fresh juices and so on. Anyway, if you would need anything else, we are glad to see if we can provide. About the breakfast to go, I am sorry about your experience. We provide fresh sandwiches but I think they were poorly packed. About the shower, we are in the process of putting up panels. We already done this in a major part of the hotel considering that the bathrooms are completely renovated. About the noise, I think you`ve had a bad experience, and I apologize again for that. Usually, our hotel is very quiet. Also, we don`t have a "marble" floor, we have normal tiles floors; indeed a floor without carpets which in our vision is better. If you decide to visit Bucharest again, it will be our pleasure to try to change your opinion and to improve all these negative points for you! Best wishes from our team!

The hotel is set in a slightly nondescript road but that means that it is quiet for a hotel in the city. The hotel is spotless, the rooms also very clean, a good size and very comfortable bed. The rooms have a coffee machine with tea and biscuits too. There is also a desk and a modern tv with lots of channels, and handily for us, a lot of channels in English. There is a fridge, safe and bottles of drinking water. The ‘lotions and potions’ are regularly refreshed in the bathroom and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. The beds were electric meaning that they were comfortable to sit up and watch TV in without having to pfaff about with pillows and cushions. The staff were friendly, especially in the dining room which brings me on to breakfast. Which is superb, hot items, cold meats and cheeses, a selection of breads and yoghurts with scores (literally) of seeds, cereals, nuts and fruits. Biscuits and fruits too. The fruit juices are freshly squeezed as you watch including pink grapefruit which I love. The coffees were freshly made from a proper machine and not just a push button- latte, cappuccino etc etc. And for tea lovers there were approximately 30 types of leaf tea that you can request and it is freshly brewed for you in a pot. I also enjoyed the free massage chair in the lounge area! I recommend this hotel very highly.

Can not fault this hotel or the staff. Very comfortable and spotless. We booked bed and breakfast but our tour we had booked on first day meant we would miss breakfast. The staff however made us sandwiches fruit and a hot drink ready to go early to take with us. Vast choice of breakfast a bit of everything, hot, cold sweet and savoury. Would definitely stay there again.

**Don't use the yellow cabs** Stayed for 4 x nights almost 2 weeks ago and I can't praise the hotel and staff enough. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of a good quality with a nice comfortable bed and pillows. It's even electric should you want to raise it. Fresh water supplied each day also. Breakfast was also top notch and was greeted each morning with a lovely fresh cup of coffee. They will even supply you a breakfast bag should you take a trip early in the morning. Just ask reception the night before. There is a lounge area with a free to use massage chair and TV to watch etc. It's only a short walk to the bus stops or Metro at Piata Romana. The Metro to and from the Old Town is a must. It's quite a long walk along a very busy road otherwise. A bit of advice regarding transport to and from the airport. Don't use the yellow cabs, they charge 50 euros. Either get an Uber (20 Euros) or even better take the 783 bus which is located downstairs in the airport. Will cost about 3 euros per person and it's so easy to use. Just purchase your tickets from the kiosk located next to the stop. Remember to get off at Piata Romana. Again, don't use the yellow cabs.

Dear guest, Thank you for your detailed review, we think it could be very useful to future possible guests. Moreover, we are happy to know you enjoyed your stay with us and that you were satisfied both with our services and staff. Indeed, taking a cab directly from the airport is mostly a scam, reason for which we advise our guests to book a transfer beforehand, either with our hotel or other company, or choose the public transport taking the bus no 783. However, the yellow cabs are safe if ordered from the taxi's company phone app or by phone. We can also do this for our guests at any given time. Hope to meet you again next time you are in the city. All the best from our team!
