Great reliable hotel right across the street from the Roman Athenee. Staff are very good, especially the concierges who arranged for tickets to the Athenee without much notice. Rooms are spacious and in hotel dining is very nice (Roberto's and the Cafe in the front of the hotel). Gym is nice and has everything. Overall great hotel with new charm.

The hotel is quite comfortable and luxury, however access to internet is under payment (quite expensive rates). For business trip is ok, but without free internet access you feel that something is missing.

This is my second stay in the hotel and it continues to be one of my favorites. The staff is very friendly and the room I had on the 7th floor was large and quiet. We stayed 4 days here for a piano competition. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet was marvellous including 5 different desserts and fresh carrot juice! Really liked this place even though I only stayed one night. Lovely desk staff, very good location, nice décor, very spacious and well-appointed rooms, good internet and a decent gym. I don't have anything else to compare it with in Bucharest but I was so impressed with the Hilton I probably wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

Everyone employee I came into contact here was very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonable for this type of hotel. We stayed at another 5 Star hotel very close to the Hilton however their staff is not as friendly and their rooms are quite small compared to the Athenee Palace
