Firstly let me qualify this review by stating that I don't go to Bucharest for a "nice" time. Bucharest is a place to experience and enjoy - it's not Vienna or Paris - it's a place that involves you. Ok maybe I'm just used to US style/standard hotels but this was nothing special. The public parts of the hotel and the grounds are beautiful but the rooms themselves a little worn and even shabby in some parts, although at least there was plenty of hot water (a pet hate).
