This is a great hotel, located in a fairly central area of Bucuresti (Bucharest), less than a 30 mins walk from kilometer 0. We had a corner room where two of the four walls were all glass with a nice view. Our room was clean, quiet, and large by US standards. The same for the bathroom, however no shower curtain.... more

The Hotel Dacia is located within walking distance of the centre of Bucharest and the Parliament building which is an impressive sight. It is extremely clean and well maintained and I would rate the hotel 2 stars if in the UK. The surrounding location is drab, grey and very ex- Eastern Bloc however much of the city is like this... more

I stayed in the Dacia hotel in August 2005 at the suggestion of a Romanian friend. Value for money was excellent, the room (I had a double room for single use) was large, spacious and comfortable and was in perfect condition.
