Bucharest Romania (April 2008)

Bucharest is a lovely, stylish and cozy city but also is a bit (not to say a lot) deserted place as far as “public utilities” & town overall maintenance – appearance!

However the huge and colorful streets, impressive museums, really big down-town parks (as HERASTRAU), efficient & above average ranking in total public transportation and sites like Stavropoleos area & Uniri (with the great parliament building) pays out the visitor.

The place that i stay was an average & organized “rent an apartment” named “Casa Victor” on a side road of Aviatorilor Blvd near De Gaulle sq in Bucharest down town.
Casa Victor I am ranking as a bit above average in services & overall (though really clean) and perfect as far as location & value for money. more
