This is a nice hotel 20 minutes walk from the Parliament. Some noice related to the tram running from early morning until late evening. We had to recharge our room key every morning. I stayed in Armonia for a week in October. First of all the staff can barely speak English and are very unhelpful. They just keep saying: I don't know and then ignore you completely. Well where to start: you make a reservation on the internet & assume all is correct when you get a confirmation. Arrive and find the 3 rooms confirmed become 2. get no support from the hotel in finding another option at all.
