Buchrest is globaly speaking, a tiring city, polluated and noisy. Turistically speaking, the city can be a bit limited. In that city, the Moxa hotel is a kind of silent isle in a noisy planet. Situated à the edge of the center, near the UNiversity and at 15 mn by foot (or 5 mn with the trolleybus) from the main... more

I keep staying at Moxa everytime I am in Bucharest for business. I prefer this boutique style to the big hotel-factories. Staff is very helpful. Rooms a bit small, but adequate. They're clean and serviced even twice a day. Breakfast offers variety of stuff with a great espresso (cappuccinos as well as noticed) complimentary. Hotel is located in the very... more

I loved this hotel so much. Granted, I didn't care for its location - but I was on my first trip (hopefully of many) to Bucharest and didn't really know what to expect. I loved the rooms, first I should say, especially the bathrooms. Also appreciated the free internet. The people at the desk were very lovely and helpful about... more

...okay so I'm used to hustle and bustle of Bucharest now, but all the same it's nice to find a hotel that is a haven. I stayed in the older building which has been sensitively restored and while I booked a single the room was of a good size and decorated in a boutiquey style; no bath, but a great... more

I staied in many boutique hotels, but Moxa is the best one. Great rooms, great services, great breakfast, all you could want, you have. I recommand this boutique hotel, is the best in Bucharest (and I also stayed in other boutique hotels like Rembrandt or Papu, also very nice hotels). more

I've been in Bucharest for 4 days (2 weeks left in my business trip) So far I couldn't be happier with Hotel Moxa. The staff are very helpful and courteous (even when I wasn't at my most friendly due to many hours of walking in the heat!) and they have not only a very relaxing lounge inside, but a huge... more

This hotel is quiet! Anyone who has been to Bucharest knows how noisy it is-- so you either sleep with windows closed /no air or suffer dogs barking/ tram noise + auto noise. The rooms are painfully small ( I heard that there are some bigger ones)but the hotel is nice, the people are nice and the location is lovely.... more

Stayed one Saturday night. The hotel is excellent located, staff recommendations for restaurants and directions were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Room is small but comfortable and modern with a big window and very nice view. Gym was better than expected. Price paid through an internet virtual travel agency was less than advertized. If it is 3 or 4 stars?... more

After visiting Bucharest for almost 10 times in the last couple of years, and staying at 5 different hotels, we chose Moxa as our default Bucharest hotel -- and we've had a few to compare... Great location in city centre, yet quiet. The relatively new executive suites do make a difference; spacious rooms, comfortable and with free high-speed internet (as... more
