No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to the centre (according to the web site) means right on the edge of Bucharest. Closer to Istanbul than the centre of Bucharest. Nowhere to go in the vicinity except the retail park next door. Long/expensive taxi ride to the centre. Checkout took an hour as they did not agree that the already paid deposit was deductible. There are two options for this hotel.First it is a new big and nice hotel with very good public areas, nice lobby and some bars and restaurants.
