The rooms themselves at this hotel are very dated! Wallpaper that really should be replaced, and old furniture. Beds themselves are the type you sleep 'in', rather than on, and are a little small, meaning you can't fully stretch out with feet over the end of the bed. TV etc. all fine. I stayed here for one night as I had to catch an early train. In terms of location to the station this hotel simply could not be better, but as somewhere to stay to enjoy the city – I wouldn't. I stayed in Hotel Park a few days before and found it to be much better for the same price.... more

It's really close to the train station which is it's only plus. We needed a hotel for the night as others in the area were booked but don't take your family there. Take sheets as the sheets are not the right size for the bed and you'll end up with your face in the mattress. Cheap and scratchy blankets too.... more

The Astoria is not a good option in my opinion. Even at 50 euros a night it's not worth it. The room was very sparse and the bed extremely uncomfortable. No internet or any other perks. more
