We took 2 rooms and both were renovation disasters - stuff hanging off walls, shelves at 20degree slopes, holes in walls, rotting door frames, dirt ingrained carpets - the list goes on. The servers barely spoke English, and when asked for cold milk, became confused and delivered piping hot. They couldn't understand other simple requests either.
