When booking Nalus Apartments on-line, we were assured of a private bathroom, use of the laundry facilities, telephone in the room etc. This seemed like excellent value at 28 euro per night plus tax for the single and 52euro per night plus tax for the double (twin). Unfortunatley, when we arrived we found that the bathroom were shared. There are two apartments on each floor and only one bathroom on each floor. An ensuite bathroom is one of my key criteria when booking any accommodation so I was more than a little disappointed with this.

Next, we asked whether we could use the washing machine/laundry facilities and were advised that the "woman who owned the property did not like people using the washing machine". When we explained that it was advertised as a facility on two websites, the host became agitated saying that it was not her responsiblity for what was put on the internet sites, pointing out that the rooms were supposed to have phones but didn't have... more
