Hello ALL! I had a poor booking experience with this hotel. They advertise a special "Day-Off" rate, with special requirements (it's only available over the weekend). I met these requirements, but they would only offer a rate that was 35% higher (eventually, they offered a rate that was 25% higher). I asked why they were doing this, but no answer.... more

Talk about bait and switch. The prices for this property have almost doubled. You go to their website and get one price and then when you go to book it , it is almost twice the amount listed online! more

Nice place in the center of Kiev. Receptionists quite gentle and efficient. Basic apartments in the basement, but clean and well equipped. I could go back! more
