I've been here for about a week and the service has been excellent and the food is great. Also the mall is right across the street with access to the supermarket and the bank,room service is very good and always friendly. Nice hotel lots to do within the hotel great gym, several restaurants. The metrocenter mall right across the street - everything there from ATM's to supermarket ..plenty of taxi's if you need to get around. The hotel is beautiful and incredibly maintained. The art in the lobbies is gorgeous and the courtyard features traditional iron sculpture. All staff from concierge to maid service to room service was of the utmost embodiment of hospitality and kindness and the room was cleaned impeccably.
