We stayed here two nights. Our room overlooked the Panama Canal. This very likely could have been the only hotel that did so. Everyone was great, except the Restaurant. My wife and I had a wonderful time in this hotel. Convenient location facing the Panama Canal and miraflores Locks. Service was friendly and efficient.....we werent expecting this. <Great value for the location and service level. They have a FREE SHUTTLE service that goes to Allbrook Mall, the main shopping center of Panama, Small swimming pool and Gym but clean... more

We stayed here a total of 5 nights during our 2 weeks traveling in Panama. This was a VERY nice Holiday Inn - very clean, new, big, beautiful rooms with amazing views of the Panama Canal. Very comfy, new beds and pillows! Only downer is that it's definitely out of town - a 15 min taxi to the Amador Causeway... more

it is out of the main city center . . .and costs about $13 dollars to get to the city center via cab. . .to the airport $35. . . .however, this being said it is a good bargain at $160/ all taxes. . . the MiraFlores lock is literally 300 feet to the front side of the hotel. .... more

yeah... the hotel is new and everything, but it still has a long way to go. It's 20 minutes from the city, but only 5 to the Miraflores locks. The train will wake you up at 6 am sharp, and it WILL wake you up. more

I have visited this property to meet friends but not stayed there yet. It's certainly not a cosy Bed & Breakfast with personalized owner service. It's a new Holiday Inn on a nice location.
