Incredibly beautifully restored house in the casco viejo in Panama City. Very few rooms, so you feel like you rented out the entire villa with staff. Neighborhood surrounding the casco viejo are a little rough so don't venture too far but the Casco Viejo as great restaurants (ego & narciso) and is in the mist of a renewal. Only minus:... more

The Canal House is in the Casco Viejo --- the old part of the city. The rooms were fabulous! It's as if each one could be its own apartment. My father and I went, and had separate rooms: the Gatun and Miraflores suites. Comfortable beds, free wifi, There's a nice walking tour to do around the neighborhood during the day.... more

I travel for business and this is by far the best place I have found in Panama City. The accomodations are excellent and staff are very helpful.
