I stay at the Senator about once a month while visiting family. It is a comfortable, affordable place with friendly, helpful service. There is a good restaurant on site which is a major convenience when visiting during the winter -- no extra driving! What a great hotel! Great service, great facilities, really good price. It has great access to everything you might need in Augusta, and great access to I-95 as well. We also use it as an alternative to staying in Portland, which can be pricier. Portland is a short jaunt down I-95. Highly recommended! more

The Senator Inn was a nice hotel. The room seemed a little old but it was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The rate was reasonable and the food at the restaurant was very good. I would stay there again if travelling through Augusta. more
