Yep you can almost always count on a Holiday Inn. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. You could even order room service (or pre-order breakfast) online! One negative. The envelope soliciting tips for the room attendant....tacky! more

Had to stay because of snow storm. Great Location, near malls and civic center. Good last minute rates Overall better and nicer than Choice Hotel across street. Second floor rooms are better and usually offered to frequent card members. Best hotel in Augusta. more
