We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament in Maryland. Since traveling with kids I booked the one bedroom suite with sofabed. Upon arrival to check in I was told that our room was no longer available and that they only had a room with one king bed. I told them about needing more space so after a lengthy discussion the staff gave us 2 rooms with one king bed each. The hotel is brand new so most of the staff are not fully up to speed on how to process rooms etc. Overall the staff was extremely nice and the hotel is beautiful inside. I would have like to see a free breakfast included with the room. more
