We just returned from a very nice four-night stay at the Inn at 30 Maryland. Like the other reviewers, we enjoyed our stay--especially the outstanding breakfasts prepared by the innkeeper, Robert, and served in the lovely dining room. He is an outstanding cook, and we especially enjoyed the opportunity to select from among three entrees and sides each morning. The... more
The inn is located in a beautiful old home that fits with the Annapolis surroundings. Inside you walk past a fire in the library and an elegant breakfast room to bedrooms that are impeccable combining period charm with all modern amenities. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, classy without being stuffy. The innkeeper was helpful with resturants and shopping, and... more
We chose The Inn at 30 Maryland from tripadvisor reviews and all the praise was totally justified. Great location right in the historic district on a charming street, hospitable and helpful host, the perfect combination of traditional decor and architecture with modern comforts and privacy. The guest rooms are on the second floor of a three story house: first floor... more
One of the best bed and breakfast stays we have experienced. Our room was large and very comfortable. Robert the inn keeper was helpful, available, but not intrusive. He is an experienced restaurant chef and the breakfast was gourmet. The Inn is well located in the historical district within easy walking distance of the Navel Academy as well as the... more
My husband and I stayed at this lovely inn for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was tastefully decorated, and Robert (the innkeeper) makes breakfasts you'd pay a fair amount for elsewhere. The inn's location is very convenient for seeing all the historic Annapolis sites, especially the Naval Academy. We definitely enjoyed our time at 30 Maryland! more
We were looking to spend a relaxing week in downtown Annapolis and were lucky enough to stumble upon this quaint, beautiful historic Inn. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the linens lush. The Breakfasts are cooked to order and are really out of this world! Everything about this lovely Inn is true to the period, except for the amenities, which... more
Nestled on quaint Maryland Avenue is the beautiful Inn at 30 Maryland. Robert, the proprietor and chef, warmly welcomed us and made sure that we had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. The breakfasts were out of this world; everything is made to order. Our room had a plush King bed and we loved the lush bathroom towels!... more
We have enjoyed stopping in Annapolis for a few days when traveling from our home in the southeast. Three years ago, we discovered a quaint, lovely, and most importantly to us, clean, B&B. That began our annual stop at The Inn at 30 Maryland. Robert, the Innkeeper, makes us feel very welcome, sees to our comfort, and greets us each... more
On my way to Philadelphia I spent a night in Annapolis and stayed at the Inn at 30 Maryland. I found the inn to be a charming bit of history. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The made to order breakfast was a refreshing change from the usual B & B fare. The chef/innkeeper Robert was very... more
