we stay here almost every january and love it. convenient location to everything. this trip had a minor problem with the heat thermostat. was fixed within 30 mins. wife took their shuttle over to the nearby mall. driver, mark spriggs was wonderful to the ladies and came right away when called, helped them in/out of the van, polite etc.
