Right from the start the staff was welcoming. Lorrie Bart was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful at the front desk. When we saw her she even remembered our name and said hello. I was very pleased with my entire experience with this hotel!

We stay here quite frequently because of the location and super nice employees. The club level amenities are nice: continental breakfast, hours devours,etc. The only downside is that the doors tend to slam shut pretty loudly so you hear everyone leaving in the a.m.
