The room was cleaned/bedding changed just once in six days! I had to beg for toilet paper/trash bags. The coffee pot was melted and dishwasher broken. The "Operations Manager" was very rude and not helpful. I found that other guests had a lower rate and they refused to adjust mine. more

Rooms were disgusting - very dirty with foodstuff and toe nails in the couch and dust caked vents in the bathroom. the staff was very pleasant at all times very helpful brought us extra blankets and breakfast was great all three days and hot i would definatly recomend more

Although the property was some distance from downtown Boston, it was an excellent choice! Great suite, with an extremely comfortable bed and full-size kitchen and refrigerator. The included hot breakfast was also very good. All-in-all a great value. more
