I stayed here for business and the Courtyard didn't disappoint, as usual. The price was affordable, staff great, food great, and room clean. The pool and hot tub worked was great also. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area.

Stayed here for business. Quiet area, rooms clean. It appears the lobby/bistro area has recently been renovated. I dont recommend the bistro for dinner. It's ok for some take out or a snack but that's it. Nice alternative to the more expensive Residence Inn on Andover St.

stayed three nights here and was my second stay at this property. Standard Courtyard layout, bistro seemed better than normal. Staff were very helpful. Room again standard but did have a balcony. Location is good for the IRS and Phillips. Noticed the walls were a bit thin but my neighbours were pretty quiet.

I needed a value oriented hotel between Boston and Salem NH. This location is only 9 miles but much cleaner than the hotels closer to Salem.
